ABOUT Sarina Galitz
Helping founder-led businesses see clearly, execute confidently, and evolve intentionally.
I’ve always been drawn to the way things work behind the scenes, not just processes and systems, but the people inside them. Long before I became a COO, I was naturally stepping into leadership roles, solving problems in fast-paced environments, and trying to understand why some teams operated smoothly while others struggled with confusion and inefficiency.
Over the years, I worked my way from entry-level roles into executive leadership, eventually becoming Chief Operating Officer at a growing founder-led company. Along the way, I became especially interested in the relationship between people, process, and execution. I noticed that as businesses grow, communication becomes harder, priorities shift quickly, and teams can start working incredibly hard without always moving in the same direction.
That perspective is what led me to start SG Consulting. I wanted to help founder-led businesses create structure without losing momentum, personality, or the vision that made the business successful in the first place.
My approach to operations is practical, people-focused, and rooted in real-life execution. I care just as much about communication and implementation as I do about strategy.

Beyond business
Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious about how people live, think, and operate. I love travelling, live music, science, history, and exploring new places through local culture and experiences.
I also tend to joke that “past Sarina always looks out for future Sarina,” which is probably another way of saying I naturally think ahead, build structure early, and like making life easier for the people around me.
People who know me best would probably describe me as reliable, hardworking, thoughtful, and someone willing to do what it takes to move things forward, the same mindset I bring to every business I work with.
